AIESEC’s core activity is a unique leadership development program (AIESEC Experience) which is comprised of international internships, leadership opportunities, various activities in teams and projects and personal and professional development conferences.“

AIESEC engages around 23 000 young people in over 100 countries and 1100 universities at any point in time, or about 60 000 every five years. Each year AIESEC provides its members with:
5000 leadership opportunities, Over 350 conferences, 4 000 professional work abroad experiences, Virtual and physical Learning Networks.
